How do I login to or register for an account on lowes.com.au:

Click on the Login/ Register link at the top right of any page to either login or register your details to set up an account.

Do I have to create an account in order to buy online:

You can order on Lowes without having to register, however by creating an account with Lowes you will be able to:
• Shop faster
• Keep track of the status of your orders

Register now and checkout faster next time:

By creating an account with Lowes you can:
• Shop faster and easier next time
• Update your contact details

How do I logout completely:

If you have been inactive on the site for a period of time, we will automatically log you out. You can also logout using the link on the top of any page.

How to place an order on Lowes.com.au

How do I place my first order online:

Browse the site for items you are looking for and add items to your shopping cart. When you are ready, select the shopping cart icon or link and follow the instructions to complete your order. You don’t need to be registered first before you can complete an order on Lowes.com.au. There are four stages of the checkout process:
1. Complete Checkout: Here you can review you order and enter your Rewards Card number and Voucher Code
2. Log in or register
3. Your details: This section will confirm your name, email address and telephone number.
4. Delivery Instructions: This section will allow you to choose if you would like to have your parcel left without signature or have the parcel signed for. You can also include other delivery special instructions.
5. Payment: This section will prompt you to enter your payment method and details.

Payment Methods:

We accept the following payment methods:
- Zero Card (In store and online. You will receive a 5% saving when you make purchases on your Lowes Zero Card).
- Credit Card (Visa / Mastercard)
- Paypal

Was my order accepted:

Once you have completed your order online you will receive and order confirmation email. The email will list the items that were purchased, delivery address and order number. You can use your order number to make enquiries about your order.

Shipping

How much is delivery:

Lowes is happy to offer free shipping on all orders over $100.
For orders under $100 we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10 Australia wide

We do not ship Internationally

Enjoy the convenience of home delivery on a huge range of products.
We ship all order via Toll Priority or Australia Post

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your consignment number. Simply enter this on the Toll Priority / Australia Post website to track the delivery of your parcel.

Parcel Delivery:

By default parcels are left without a signature, however you may nominate to have your parcel signed for. If you are not at home when the parcel arrives, a notice will be left at your address notifying you to contact the depot for arrangement of pick up.

Changing Shipping Address:

Our online store aims to process and pack your order as fast as possible. This means your shipping address can only be changed if your order has not left the warehouse. To change your shipping address, contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible on 1300 156 937 (AU).

Returns

How do I organise a refund or exchange?

 

Store Refund

You are more than welcome to return your items to any Lowes store across Australia. Please use our Store Locator to find your nearest Lowes Store http://lowes.com.au/StoreList.aspx

Please ensure you have your original receipt and that all garments have tags attached

Online Purchase Refunds or Returns

Online purchases may also be returned to any Lowes store.
Please ensure you have original receipt and packing slip, and all garments still carry tags.
Alternatively, if this is not possible please print out and complete the returns slip

The form also contains the address where all returns or refunds need to be sent.
Purchases will be refunded as per original sale tender.

Cancellation Due to Error

Despite our reasonable precautions, products may be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a technical or human error. In these circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction, notwithstanding that your order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. We reserve this right up until the time of delivery of goods or supply of the services to you. If a cancellation of this nature occurs after your credit card has been charged for the purchase, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount in question.

Gift Cards

Discounted gift cards cannot be used to purchase Schoolwear.
Discounted gift cards cannot be used on any purchases during Zero & Rewards card discount days.
Gift cards will expire in 12 months after the date of issue.
Gift cards are not a credit card and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift cards cannot be used to repay Zero accounts.
Once Gift cards have been purchased they are non-refundable.
Unused balance on the card cannot be refunded or credited.
Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.
Lowes Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Lowes Gift cards.
